We were lucky enough to receive a Munchie Mug to review and I decided to put it to the test with my own toddler! Let me tell you, it passed with flying colors!!
I filled Bub’s Munchie Mug up with some of his favorite cereal and gave it to him during snack time. I only had to show him how it worked one time and he began doing it on his own. As you can see, Bub is a big boy, thus, he has big hands, but that didn’t matter as his hand still fit comfortably in the MunchieMug and he pulled out snacks with ease!I then took the review one step further and brought the Munchie Mug along on a trip to the store. I gave it to Bub in my minivan and not one single piece of cereal spilled anywhere. I then brought it inside the store with us, and it was so nice not to have to embarrassingly pick up any food off of the floor.
I know there are other products like Munchie Mug on the market, however, Id like to add why I was more impressed with Munchie Mug than the others. It had a larger opening for snacks, and for my big eater, that means a lot. Also, Munchie Mug’s fabric cloth opening allowed for easy, no scratching hand entry and exiting, even for bigger hands. Finally I really loved how you actually have to hold the bottom of the Mug AND unscrew the lid in order for it to be opened and able to fill. That’s easy for parents to do, and hard for kids.
