Maryland Cosmetic Surgery Center iS Clinical Skincare Review & Giveaway (12/30)

by Marcie on December 10, 2011

Have you ever considered plastic surgery? Have you ever undergone plastic surgery? Personally, I would give just about anything to have a tummy tuck and a small breast implant/lift done. Although I feel I have done a spectacular job loosing all of the excess baby weight that built up after having three children, I have to admit that my body is not the same as it was pre babies. I also have to be honest with myself that without surgery, it never will be. I do have some excess belly skin. I do have some stretchmarks, that although now white, are still bothersome. I do have breasts that are less perky. I have come to terms with this and learn to accept the new me but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t love to change all of these new aspects about my body.

The surgeons at Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland is a practice located in Towson, Maryland in the Baltimore metro area. The office is equipped with five different surgeons all of which are board certified and specialize in different areas of cosmetic surgery. Thankfully this Maryland Plastic Surgery center offers a variety of procedures, including some I’ve never heard of before, so there is certainly options for everyone. There’s even a Mommy Makeover consisting of breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, liposuction and thigh/butt lift. YES PLEASE!! Financing are available for those that qualify and there are even financial specialists on hand to help you determine the best plan for you. After spending what I will admit to be a bit TOO long looking at before and after tummy tuck photos, I can honestly admit I wish I could fly to Maryland tomorrow.

Someday.

In the meantime I was sent two wonderful products from iS Clinical skincare, a high-end beauty line recommended by the surgeons at Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland! The first is the iS Clinical Active Serum, used for anti-aging, anti-acneic, and brightening! This serum reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while also diminishing the appearance of hyperpigmentation and acne. This is an active serum so you may feel some tingles as I did, but, nothing burning or painful, and certainly nothing harsh enough to make you want to not use this product. This serum also smooths and softens the texture of your skin, in addition to providing both rapid and long-term results. I haven’t used my serum long enough to vouch for long term results yet, but I sure noticed rapid results! My skin is certainly smoother and although wrinkles aren’t yet a problem for me, I can absolutely see a difference in the elasticity of my face & neck!

The second product I was given is the iS Clinical Youth Eye Complex that rapidly smooths, hydrates, reduces puffiness, and dark circles. This product also improves skin hydration, firmness, and elasticity with it’s breakthrough formula. The Youth Eye Complex provides powerful antioxidant protection while strengthening and thickening the delicate skin around the eyes. When I started using this product dark circles under my eyes as well as on my lids were a problem. I’m anemic, which is known to cause this however even when I regularly take my iron pills this is still a problem for me. I have certainly noticed a difference while using the Youth Eye Complex! My dark circles are not totally gone, but they have really gotten much lighter in the two weeks I’ve been using this!

Buy It
If you are in the Baltimore area, please check out the Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland! If you aren’t or perhaps plastic surgery isn’t an option for you for a variety of reasons, you can have a chance to win a few things that offer wonderful alternative results!

Win It
Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland has generously offered 1 lucky Obviously MARvelous reader the same two iS Clinical beauty products I received (Active Serum & Youth Eye Complex)

I’d like to have a facial of some sort. My skin is the part that makes me feel most self-conscious.

I am in the process of losing a big amount of weight and I hope to have a total body do-over in the end. I will need excess skin removal, bat flaps (hahah) and breasts for sure.

I don’t think I’d have cosmetic surgery. I may not be perfect (eyes starting to show around my eyes, etc…)…but I am happy the way I am.
Thank you!

I had reconstructive surgery on my nose after being diaqnosed with skin cancer. I am not horribly disfigured, but my nose could use a little more work just to look more normal.

I need a facelift and neck lift, to get rid of the jowls I have now and lift the eyes up to brighten my face. I have always wanted a breast reduction. I hate having large breasts as they tend to sag more.

I don’t think I’d want any cosmetic surgery. I can’t really explain why not other than the fact that I don’t really see the point of spending so much money and taking so much time and pain to try and look like something you aren’t. I just don’t get it.
