Krill Oil Benefits & Giveaway (2/5)

by Marcie on January 14, 2012

Unfortunately high cholesterol runs in my family. I get mine checked about once a year, but my mom and dad have their bloodwork done two times per year since they’re older. Aside from eating right and exercising, part of their preventative measures is taking daily fish oil capsules due to it’s Omega 3 fatty acids. Like other pills, they have no taste when swallowing, however, my parents soon noticed an aftertaste of fish when they burped or had indigestion. YUCK!!

I was recently introduced to krill oil supplements, an alternative to fish oil, that produces the same benefits yet contains more Omega 3s and 54x the amount of antioxidants as the standard fish oil capsules!  Krill is a shrimp like crustacean found in the deep water of the Antarctic ocean and free from impurities. A high amount of antioxidants means better absorption which of course equals better results. On top of physically being more beneficial for you, krill oil will never give you the fishy aftertaste, burps, gas, or upset stomach like some fish oil capsules do.

Benefits of Krill Oil

* Improves cardiovascular health
* Lowers bad cholesterol (LDL)
* Raises good cholesterol (HDL)
* Reduces stiff joint pain
*Reduces facial wrinkles
* Maintain healthy blood pressure
*Boosts memory and mental focus
* Maintain strong bones
* Decreases PMS symptoms
* Balance blood sugar
* Increases energy
* and MUCH more!

As you can see, there are MANY reasons as to why krilloil.com is beneficial to your overall health and well being. It’s even safe for children! Not to mention, it’s all natural so you never have to worry about the yucky side effects associated with prescription medication.

It is a way for me to naturally have the good oils. It helps with vascular health and it also helps with bone health.
