I am doing ok on a resolution. There are days that I don’t do as well but I am trying–that is the main thing.
I resolved to lose weight, so I joined Weight Watchers in Jan. I find it VERY hard, I’m starving. I don’t see how people stand it. Sure, I lost weight, but anyone would, there’s not enough food on the program.

Trying to drink less wine! I was buying the Trader Joe’s boxed wine (not too bad!), but it was hard to tell how much I was drinking. I stopped buying wine and beer all together, and life has been A+.
