Cozy Cocoon Review & Giveaway (2/14)

I often reminisce about being a new mom and learning all the new things there was to know about how to care for my baby. Feeding, changing a diaper, burping, and more. One thing that took me awhile to grasp was the entire wrapping, swaddling, burrito baby concept. All three of my kiddos loved it, probably longer then they should have, and thankfully, after a lot of practice, I got the hang of it. I can thank trial, error and the fact I adored a quiet baby for my success.

Things have changed since my youngest was a baby. Thanks to the folks behind Cozy Cocoon you no longer have to be a wizard to bundle your baby. Putting a unique spin on classic swaddling blankets, the creative designer behind this company has created the baby body sock. A comfy cotton knit fabric cocoon that you simply slip onto baby while it naturally embraces the body inside the stretchy cozy fabric. No buttons, no snaps, no straps, no velcro, and no ties! It allows baby to feel swaddled and secure while still allowing tiny arms and legs to express and stretch naturally.

Selecting a Cozy Cocoon to review wasn’t an easy decision, however, I do feel like they carry more girl options than boy, so once it was confirmed a nephew was on the way for me, that narrowed down our choices nicely for us. Naturally, I knew exactly which cocoon would be perfect for my sister, brother in law, and heck, our entire family.

This adorable Football Bunting set also comes with a hat that wouldn’t quite fit over Bear Maddox’s ears but will be the perfect touch for my precious nephew. The fabric is very soft and easily flexes and stretches to assure there won’t be any struggle. Slipping this over the bear was such a cinch I couldn’t even believe it. Granted, a stuffed animal is a bit less wiggly and less fragile than a newborn, but regardless, I can tell it won’t only be a breeze to put on/off but certainly a conversation piece! I am truly hoping my sister will use this as part of his newborn photo shoot so we can all look back and smile for years to come!
