Havaianas Sandals All Year Around!

by Marcie on January 27, 2012

I am lucky enough to live in a place where I am able, and totally do, rock flip flops and sandals all year around. Don’t hate me please. My husband and mother actually makes fun of me because it’s unusual to see me in anything beside flip flops even in the midst of winter. I have come to own quite a collection and one of my favorite pairs are from an awesome sandal company called Havaianas.

Although this may be the first you’re hearing of them, Havaianas Sandals have actually been around since 1962 while originally being modeled after the typical Japanese sandals. That is the reason that all Havaianas have a foot bed containing a textured rice like pattern. Over the years the line grew and expanded to consist of bright colors, an exclusive Brazilian World Cup pair, and even an 18k gold finish and diamond encrusted pair of sandals. Regardless of which style and color option you select, you can always rest assured that you’ll always receive comfortable, fun, footwear that don’t lose their shape, don’t smell, and straps that don’t come loose!

Doesn’t the video above make you want to own a million pair? It’s like my flip flop heaven. Currently Havaianas offers lines for men, women, kids, and babies, and as well as an option to design your own exclusive pair of sandals by choosing the sole, straps, crystals, and pins, to create a sandal that puts the YOU in unique. There is also a special womens flip flop collection for brides to be with the Havaianas bridal line.

Regardless if it’s black Havaianas sandals you desire, a pastel pair with rhinestones or a fierce pair with a cartoon character, Havaianas certainly can fulfill that desire in your sole.

They are really comfy (and pretty!) but wish they had a little arch support…

They do not do well in the snow here in Colorado. But then I guess that’s why you don’t live here.

They sound so awsome. My fave pair are the Women’s Spring in black with the cute pink flowers. I hate regular shoes. It is slippers, slip ons or flip flops for me and I want some style. These really fit the bill!
