In most parts of the country it still looks and feels like winter. Although we don’t get snow here in Las Vegas, we do have very frequent windy days all year around. When those winds come from the North you just know it’s going to be a cold day. A wonderful way for us adults to keep warm inside and out during this time is with a yummy cocktail!
The folks from Robb Report are helping us feel nice and toasty with their Discover Your Winter Cocktail App. This includes a fun discover your cocktail quiz, little known liquor facts, and some tasty seasonal cocktail recipes. I have decided to share my favorite below!
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz Irish cream
1 oz hazelnut liqueur
3 1/2 oz melted chocolate
3 1/2 oz cream
1 dash chocolate syrup
Preparation
Place the chocolate syrup around the glass then place the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass.
